Construction Management. Catalyst’s participation begins with the pre-construction phase, identifying the scope of the project, budget scheduling parameters and site logistics. We also investigate relevant building rules and regulations and recommend purchase of long-lead items. As work progresses, we provide a bridge of communication between the architect, client’s representative, engineers, consultants and subcontractors, forging smooth cooperation and speedy resolution of any issues. We monitor project costs and timetables, and update the client on all developments.

 General Construction. We act at all times as advocate for the client, while managing the activities of the subcontractors and consultants. In addition, we coordinate with municipal authorities, acquiring necessary permits and organizing all necessary building department inspections and sign-offs. Our track record in the industry enables us to obtain the best qualified and most experienced trades people, those who provide premium workmanship in a timely fashion.

Design-Build. We service a project from conception to completion, recommending and coordinating the best designers, architects, sub-contractors and project managers for the client’s needs. Having one company handle all aspects of design and construction cuts time and expense. Single-source consultation and smoothly coordinated schedules provide a more timely and stream-lined completion of the project.

Value Engineering. In all our services we work closely with clients and subcontractors to innovate, adapt and uncover the best sources of materials with the most efficient techniques available. In addition, we follow long-lead items, maximizing the value of the construction budget.
